Youth Soccer

Youth Fall Soccer League:

The E.V.R.P.D. Youth Soccer Program is a co-ed instructional program emphasizing teamwork, fair play, sportsmanship, and most importantly fun for the kids. This 8-week program runs from August-October and consists of 1 or 2 trainings a week and one game on Saturdays.

Practice Dates/Times: Begin week of August 22, 2011. 

**There will not be any soccer practices or games from Saturday, September 3-Tuesday, September 13, 2011 due to the Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival.  Practices will resume Wednesday, September 14, 2011. 

Game Dates/Times: Saturday mornings 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22

Little Kickers:

Play “Hit the Coach”, chase tigers, seals, and Sponge Bob around, run from the Sea-Monster, and try to avoid the sea of pirates in this fun introduction of soccer to 3 & 4 year olds. The focus is to get as many touches on the soccer ball in a 45-minute session in an outgoing, fun, and creative way. This session is on Saturdays for 6 weeks from September-October.

 Youth Indoor Soccer League:

During this 5 week/1 day a week, co-ed program players will start each session with a new soccer topic including, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and offense, and then end the lesson playing a fun 6 v 6 game.

Dates: November 5-December 10, 2011.

Practice Dates/Times: Saturdays for 1 hour between 8am-12pm. 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10 *No games on Thanksgiving Weekend 11/26/11.

Hosted by E.V.R.P.D. and conducted by Estes Park boys and girls soccer coach, Kay Hays, and current and former Bobcat players, this youth soccer camp focuses on fundamentals through fun and interactive games, as well as small-sided scrimmages.
